Text2Tow ("we," "us," or "our"), a roadside dispatch service operated by Signature Branding & Marketing (Whatif Multimedia Productions, Inc.), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to text2tow.com and our SMS/text messaging program.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide — such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address — when you call or text us to request a tow.
Service information related to your roadside request, such as your location, vehicle details, and the details of the request handled on your behalf.
Usage data such as pages visited and basic device information, collected through standard web analytics.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the service — answering your call or text, dispatching the nearest licensed tow provider, and sending you related notifications.
To send you SMS/text messages about the tow you requested, such as dispatch, price, and driver/ETA confirmations.
To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS / text messaging

When you call or text (470) 946-7869 to request a tow, you consent to receive SMS messages from Text2Tow about that request — dispatch confirmation, price confirmation, driver name & ETA, and arrival updates. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who directly support the service (for example, our messaging provider), and only as needed to deliver the messages you requested. All other categories of data exclude text-messaging opt-in data; that information is not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with the licensed, insured towing provider we dispatch to you, so they can reach you and complete the tow; (b) with service providers who help us operate (such as our telephony/SMS provider), under confidentiality obligations; (c) when required by law; or (d) to protect the safety and rights of our users and the public. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the details below.

Children's privacy

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
