These terms govern the Text2Tow SMS/text messaging program, operated by Signature Branding & Marketing (Whatif Multimedia Productions, Inc.). By calling or texting our line to request a tow, you agree to these terms.
Text2Tow sends transactional text messages about the roadside tow you request — dispatch confirmation, price confirmation, your driver's name and estimated arrival time, and arrival updates. This is a customer-care program tied to your request; it is not a marketing or promotional program.
You opt in by contacting Text2Tow to request a tow — either by calling (470) 946-7869 or by texting (470) 946-7869 with your location. By initiating that request and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about that specific request. We do not add you to any list and do not send you messages unrelated to a tow you asked for.
Message frequency varies based on your request. You will generally receive messages only while you have an active tow request in progress.
Message and data rates may apply. Text2Tow does not charge for the text messages themselves; standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts unless you contact us again to request service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Text2Tow is a dispatch network. We connect drivers with independent, licensed, and insured towing providers; we do not own or operate tow trucks. Prices are confirmed with you before dispatch.
